sad but true

i saw this toon on a friends site (thanks ashley) and thougth i would comment...first off this might be all too real in this insane world. if christ has to be taken out of the holiday celebrating his birth then you might as well just cancel the whole season. it's not so much the problem of saying christmas, afterall it's still called that on the calendar, it's more the idea that we don't want to offend any faiths. give me a break, this is america, free speech and all, so i say be sure you wish someone a merry christmas this season. if it's offensive to you, then you might rather prefer to follow in the steps of the great thinker, homestar runner, and call it "decemberween"!
