night light

i've begun to take my camera out at night these days. so with flickr's cool posting options i'm hoping to blog about more of my photos here.

this is our alley behind the apartment at 10:30pm. i love how it's almost hard to look at this photo without squinting! i used a super slow setting to allow the light to invade the night and chase out darkness.

i'd imagine this is how the light of god's presence must look. so bright that you can't even look at it. all consuming light that chases away darkness and illuminates all darkness.

just some thoughts.
