today is the birthday of great significance, it is the day that the coffee shop at moody was established. to most this day will pass with little excitement but here at mbi the coffee shop is hoppin. i managed to scrounge up a mixture of coins to total a dollar for there small drink special in commemoration of the event. with my mocha in hand i hapily type away (which is a feat when holding a cup of coffee) while listening to the hustle and bustle of gitty college students all around as we mutually enjoy one of the worlds best (or worst depending on your outlook) creations ever. now with the body and mind refreshed i can again dive into philosophy and the book of hebrews with a fresh (slightly gittery) perspective and a sharp mind.
this maybe my favorite new slogan for coffee drinkers. enjoy!

phil, you crack me up! coffee is gross though...you should get a new habit. :) Did you read Blue Like Jazz yet?
i am actually working on the consumption of tea. i think it is a more snooty beverage but then coffee has also become the "hip" thing. as for blj no i haven't finished it. i like what i've read so far but other than that i cannot yet comment.
