last night we had the pleasure of attending a night of culture in the city. roosevelt university, a huge music conservatory, played beethoven's symphony no. 9 with excellence (at least to my ears). the performance was held in the auditorium theater, which is spectacular! that was our first time visiting and a place that i'd love to see again. it was quite possibly one of the most amazing theaters i've ever had the pleasure of seeing a performance in.
all in all it was a great night with good music and good friends. i even dressed up (which doesn't happen too often).
